I have 14 years of experience as a barber and founder of the Need It Academy. I officially opened my shop in 2017 after being licensed and building for 5 years. At Sharp & Dapper our mission extends beyond providing top of the line barbering services and product. We are dedicated to offering value to our team and creating opportunities for the upcoming generation of barbers. I believe in building up vs hiring talent, encouraging growth, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

I've been cutting hair for 12 years now, but only 6 years taking it seriously as a full time career. Over the last few years I have traveled all over taking education and gaining experience, and then sharing and giving back. In 2019 I created Blank Boundaries. Blank Boundaries is a creative space with no limitations. Here at Blank Boundaries we want to bring multiple forms of art together into one space where they can bring any idea to life. Our core being barbering, we want to create opportunity and help further grow individuals passion for hair.
